Please note that images featuring the faces of models are protected by copyright and are provided under agreement with our modeling agencies. These images are strictly for Lena use only and are not to be used by others, including our retail customers. Infringement of these rights could lead to legal action by the rights holder. As such, Lena is not responsible for any copyright infringement cases that arise from unauthorized use of these images. It is the user's responsibility to ensure that any use of these images complies with any relevant copyright or other intellectual property laws.

In the event that Lena product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Lena reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. Lena reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Lena shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price. Lena may deliver notice to you by means of e-mail, a general notice on the site, or by other reliable methods to the address you have provided to Lena.
